Portfolio images not showing up...Please help

Hi,

I am working with the Jupiter theme and i’m running into an issue with the Portfolio feature. I love the way the images are displayed, but I am noticing that the images are not showing up consistently. On my portfolio page, the images do not show up. Even on my home page, the portfolio images show up every now and then. I just need them to show up consistently so that once someone visits my site, they can see the portfolio images. Thank you for your time.

Please try to clear browser cache/cookies and check again.

Hi, I am having the exact same issue and clearing browser data does not help. It shows the same greyed out feature images as HakabaDesign above. Is there a fix for this?

Yeah, I’m still having the same issue. I really like the portfolio look and feel within the theme, but it’s not consistent AT ALL. I was noticing that the portfolio was showing up every now and then, and my hope was to have it working properly at minimal, 75% of the time, but it hasn’t. Is there a solution besides clearing the cache? I’ve done it, but i’m still having the same issue.

I’m also having the grey box issue on mobile devices (Android, Chrome). Portfolio images load fine on desktop browsers.

Hello,

Please try to create custom image sizes in Jupiter > Control Panel > Image Sizes and then set this setting in the Portfolio shortcode settings on your page in the Image Size field.

Then check the portfolio on mobile.
