Import issues - error message (RESOLVED)



I haven’t had any success with importing Jupiter from one server to another. I keep getting this error message if I use the native Jupiter Export/Import button:

{“success”:true,“data”:{“step”:“Content”}} If the issue persists, please contact support.

If I use WP Importer, I get a different error message, but the result is the same - the site doesn’t get imported to the new server.

I’ve actually used the importer before (months ago), and had no problems, but have been getting nowhere with this current import. The domain that I’m trying to import to has a new WP install, running Debian 9/php 7.

Are you trying to import Theme Options settings only or the pages/posts, etc. with xml file?

I was trying to import everything, which I’ve done before, but for some reason It didn’t work until I imported each element individually. So it eventually worked.
