Help me Kill a Schema Tag

#1

I have a schema tag “Blog” that pops up. My site isn’t a blog, and I don’t want to confuse google, so I want to remove the tag. But I cannot figure out what is generating the tag and how to kill it.

Here’s where the tag pops up:

<body class="home page-template-default page page-id-5233 ctct-jupiter wpb-js-composer js-comp-ver-5.0.1 vc_responsive" itemscope="itemscope" itemtype="https://schema.org/webpage" <div id="mk-theme-container" class="trans-header" <div id="theme-page" class="master-holder clearfix" itemscope="itemscope" itemtype="https://schema.org/Blog"

Please help

I think it’s a problem of unicode … google reads

& q u o t ;

instead of

"

< div class=“master-holder-bg-holder”>
< div id=“theme-page-bg” class=“master-holder-bg js-el” >

Bump. Running into this same issue – and it’s killing my Google Search Console performance.

For whatever reason, my HTML looks like this:

<div id="theme-page" class="master-holder clearfix" itemscope=&quot;itemscope&quot; itemtype=&quot;https://schema.org/Blog&quot; >

Why the &quot? All the other output was fine, but this one, not so much.
