Deactivate go to top arrow

Hi!
I want to deactivate go to top arrow/button, but i can’t find this option in global settings. I’m using 4.0.9.3 version, is there any way to quick this with out theme update?

Hi Ira, thanks for your answer!
Unfortunately, I don’t have that option in my panel. Finally, i solved the problem with some code in custom css.
