Header Builder Page - displaying blank grey background with no menu items or wordpress dashboard items

  1. I added 2 rows to the header builder, dragged the logo into the bottom row then dragged the bottom row to be the first row, the header builder hung.
  2. I then could not click on any items in the header builder so I clicked into theme options and then back into header builder.
  3. The header builder page is now showing a blank grey page with no menu items or wordpress dashboard items

I have debug mode on but there is no further information being shown

Hello everybody,

Feedback on the header builder: cool development, however, I see currently only a gray picture. I can not edit it anymore.

Honestly, I had no problems with the default headers and header styles. What interests me more, and this could be a suggestion for the new header builder, is to individualized more the submenus.

Currently, submenus are displayed in boxes or as MegaMenu.

In my case I have three levels in my menu. For example:

First level: Fashionshop - Shoeshop - Kidsshop
Second level, which now refers to the Fashionshop: women - men
Third level, which now applies to women: jeans - shirts - blouses

As described above, level two and three are displayed in boxes. My question is whether it is possible to display the second level also as an written out line, thus without box and like the first level? I would like to display the third level as Megamenu.

Thanks for your feedback and greetings
Markus

Once you get the greyed out screen the only way to get it back is to do a wordpress database reset from what I have experienced, there are plenty of plugins out there that can do it if you are not comfortable doing it the manual way.

In regards to your menu requests I would use Uber Menu plugin which will give you a lot more control over your menus and it works extremely well with minimal customisation in Jupiter, there is even a Jupiter theme specific installation, settings and custom css guide.

I also have a grey screen showing after trying to access the header builder. I have activated the header builder in theme options and registered using a license. It is however set up as a test site on a sub-domain to my main site which also is using Jupiter.

I also could not install any templates which I normally never have any issues with.
